About Trinity Health and Performance

Trinity Health and Performance

Trinity Health and Performance is a chiropractic clinic based in Gordon in Sydney’s North Shore. We pride ourselves in giving you the best care by thoroughly examining your injury and dysfunction to come up with an accurate diagnosis. We take the time to help you understand the primary cause of injury and how to effectively and efficiency overcome the dysfunction. We then work with you by providing evidence-based treatment and exercise programs that are individualised to your need to achieve the best outcome and enhance your health.
We are committed to keeping up-to-date with the latest research on injury management, sports medicine and human biomechanics to bring you the best health services at all times.

Your Body, Your Passions, Your Life

Whether you are a full time professional athlete, a tradesman, an office worker or a school student, being able to move and function well plays a great part in your capacity to achieve what you want in life. Don’t let pain and injury be a hindrance to your ability to complete tasks and do the things you enjoy. Be proactive and take action to eliminate your pain and reduce your chances of injury.

The Trinity Philosophy

At Trinity Health and Performance our approach to helping others achieve optimal health is guided by the Trinity Philosophy – Restore | Optimise | Empower

01.

RESTORE

First and foremost our goal is to help bring you out of pain and restore your body back to relative symptom-free function. Pain is a strong signal generated by your body to inform you of an injury, or the potential for injury. While you are experiencing pain your body purposefully alters the way you move and function as a protective response. However this changed movement, if left long enough, can result in poor and inefficient movement patterns. By reducing pain your body will be able to move more freely and as a result it will be able to focus on the rehabilitative exercises to come and not be distracted by pain.

02.

Optimise

Feeling better is not the end of the journey. Most make the common mistake of thinking their body has completely recovered and is able to handle daily routines again without any problems. The truth is – at this point your body will need certain exercises to help further optimise its functional capability. We will help you achieve this by tailoring an individualised program specific to your needs. A combination of mobilising, strengthening and/or stabilising exercises will help balance out your body, make it more resilient against physical stress, improve its freedom of movement and most importantly reduce the risk of re-injury.

03.

Empower

At Trinity Health and Performance we are passionate in empowering others to take ownership of their health and wellbeing. We believe that every individual should be equipped with the knowledge and skills required to achieve and maintain peak functional health. Throughout your journey with us we will ensure that you have a clear understanding of what is happening with your body and the purpose of the treatment and exercises that are given. We will ensure you have the correct prehabilitative exercises in your repertoire and encourage you to be proactive in maintaining your own health so you can keep on doing the things you love and are passionate about.
